We chose Meat for our title because it is short and memorable. It also links to our film because it is about humans.

Codes and Cons of openings

We have to create a feature length film. We have decided to use a boy and girl in our film, the girl playing the victim and the boy playing the killer. Having the male and female play these roles is stereotypical. We have spooky music the whole way through the opening and very minimal dialogue. Our titles are going to go in this order.

I went on to the Art of the Title. it helped me because I could watch several clips that go well with my film and are similar to my film.

Representation

I chose to represent Ottery and the church to be scary and spooky. This is because the film is a horror and thriller. I chose Ella to play the female role in the film. This is because in the actual documentary the girls were very pretty. I also chose Isaak to be in our film. This is because he is mysterious.

Who is going to distribute our film?

We have researched several film distributors and have decided that Tigon Productions  are going to distribute our film. We chose Tigon Productions because they distribute british films. They also distribute a lot of horror and thriller films and are best known for that. Because that is our genre they are a good company to chose to distribute our film.

Risk Assessment 

This will help us to keep as safe as we can whilst filming and to prevent injuries or getting hurt.

Filming on roads.	There will be moving cars.	Be aware of our surroundings and any moving cars.
Filming in the rain.	The roads will be wet and slippery. We could slip over and get injured.	Be careful especially on wet areas.
Filming near a river.	We could fall in the river and drown.	Don't go too near the river and film by the shallow areas.
Filming in a public area.	We could disrupt the public.	Be quiet and respectful of the public and people around us.
